Our unique skincare philosophy is based on our professional Therapists’ superior understanding of the skin and each person’s individual skin care needs. No two skins are alike, so we don’t simply classify skin as ‘normal, oily or dry’ – we carefully diagnose your skin and then prescribe a specific recipe of salon-exclusive products and treatments just right for you.

A luxurious facial to make your skin feel delicious!  From deep cleansing and balancing to calming and soothing, we’ll ensure your skin receives the right recipe for a healthy glow.  Enjoy a double cleanse, exfoliation (depending on skin condition), massage, mask and daily skincare specific to your exact needs.  In fact, there are 7 different types to treat specific skin conditions.  Includes eyes, lips, neck and décolleté. 

Fruit d’Eclat Organic Tomato Pulp Facial Treatment – 1hr  $99
Inspired by natural organic ingredients to stimulate all five senses and provide deep oxygenation and revitalisation of the skin.  Earthy, natural aromas from the warm aromatic press instantly relax and balance the mind and soul.  Cleansing is followed by exfoliation combining rice powder and quinoa to refine the skin.  Organic tomato and comforting oils pamper the skin and deliver an abundance vitamins, nutrients and oxygenation.  Fruits in the mask illuminate the skin leaving it naturally revitalised and brightened.

Radiance C Facial Treatment – 1hr 15min   $120

Men’s Anti-Fatigue Espresso Facial Treatment – 1hr   $90
Men’s Anti-Fatigue Espresso Facial Treatment, specifically designed to release tension and deeply relax body and mind, begins with a ten minute neck and shoulder massage.  Cleansing and exfoliating is done in one step using brushes inspired by old fashioned shaving methods.  The treatment is completed with a reshaping massage, firming peel-off mask and application of daily skincare to reinvigorate tired skin.  His skin is left moisturised, toned with visibly reduced signs of fatigue.

AHA Peels

How Does IPL Work?

Intense pulsed light systems release precisely controlled strong pulses of filtered light that are absorbed by melanin, the pigment in hair. This heats up the hair and destroys the cells responsible for hair growth, to achieve long term hair reduction.

1. The melanin in the hair absorbs the light

2. The hair shaft is heated damaging the cells in the hair follicle

3. The hair falls out and cannot re-grow from the same follicle.

How Many Treatments Are Necessary?

Only hair in the active growth stage of the growth cycle is affected, therefore multiple treatments are needed.  Treatment is conducted every 4-12 weeks, depending on the site treated, until a satisfactory result is seen.  The number of treatments required varies, but typically 6 or more treatments are required for maximum results. 

Appointments

Bookings are essential for all treatments. A consultation must be booked prior to treatment to assess skin types and outcomes excluding Microdermabrasion.  All our IPL treatments are undertaken by a fully qualified Derma Therapist.  Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.

At complexions we are committed to providing the highest standards of client care and satisfaction.  All of our treatments come with a complimentary consultation to ascertain your needs and expectations. Ongoing skin education and outcome evaluations are part of our commitment.

All of our IPL, AHA Peel and Skin needling treatments are undertaken by our fully qualified Dermal Therapist (Adv. Dip. Cosmetic Thermal Science and Laser Safety Officer Certificate).

All our therapists have undertaken extensive training on the use of Microdermabrasion.

With your consultation you will be given a quotation for your treatment plan.  If treatments are purchased as series of 4, a discount of 10% will apply with payment in advance. 

Your Consultation

The first time you visit Complexions you will receive a free consultation lasting approximately 20 minutes. During this time you will discuss exactly what it is that you would like to address (the more specific you can be the better).

Comprehensive information about our treatments will be given to you including an explanation of what the treatment is, what it can treat, how many you may need, possible complications, cost and much more!  Once you have agreed on your desired course of action we will make the necessary appointments for you to be looking and feeling great.
